2. Purchases & Payments

All purchases made through our website or POS system are subject to availability.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change at any time without notice.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

3. Agricultural Products & Processing
Silver Creek Angus sells agricultural products, including but not limited to whole, half, and quarter beef.
Final product weights will vary due to natural differences in livestock, processing methods, and customer-selected cutting instructions. All weights provided at the time of purchase are estimates only.
Once an animal has been harvested and processed, no changes can be made to the cutting instructions provided to the processor.
Customers are responsible for picking up their processed beef within 30 days of us bringing it back from the processor
Silver Creek Angus is not responsible for changes in product condition after pickup or delivery.

4. Refunds & Returns
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are governed by our [Return & Refund Policy]. Please review that policy before completing your purchase.
