Pricing is $7.25/lb on your portion’s final hanging carcass weight (HCW) — all-in, with no slaughter fees or cut-and-wrap charges billed separately. Your $1,000 deposit is applied toward your total; the remaining balance is charged to the card on file once we receive confirmed hanging weights from the processor, typically within a day or two of harvest.
At a typical HCW of 425–450 lbs, you’ll take home approximately 240–270 lbs of packaged beef. Based on our actual yield data, that’s typically $400–$600 less than what you’d pay buying the same cuts individually at retail — a real saving on beef you know was raised right.
Once your deposit is confirmed, we’ll walk you through the cutting instructions so the processor can cut everything to your preferences. Beef must be picked up within 30 days of our receiving it back from the processor. We’ll contact you to schedule pickup once it’s ready.
