A whole beef gives you the most beef at the best per-pound rate, with full custom cutting instructions and the complete range of cuts from a single animal.
Pricing is $6.95/lb on the animal’s final hanging carcass weight (HCW) — all-in, with no additional fees. Your $2,000 deposit is applied toward your total; the remaining balance is charged to the card on file after harvest, once we have confirmed weights from the processor.
At a typical HCW of 850–900 lbs, you’ll take home approximately 475–540 lbs of packaged beef. Based on our actual yield data, that’s typically $800–$1,200 less than what you’d pay buying the same cuts individually at retail — the
strongest value we offer, and the most complete expression of what the farm produces.
Once your deposit is confirmed, we’ll work through custom cutting instructions with you so everything is cut and packaged exactly to your preferences. Beef must be picked up within 30 days of our receiving it back from the processor. We’ll be in touch to coordinate pickup once your order is ready.
