Whole and half options are available now. Secure your spot today. The next harvest date is sometime in February. Cutting instructions are required before harvest. Once we have your deposit, we will go through the cutting instructions with you. Your total will be based on the weight of your assigned half or whole animal, which we will know a day or so after harvest. Your final bill will be created at that time, and we appreciate your prompt payment. We offer payment by ACH, personal or business check, cash, or credit card with a 3.5% fee. We process all our beef at a USDA inspected facility in Eastern Washington. Unless you prefer otherwise, we will pick up all the meat and bring it back to our farm in Kingston. We will schedule the pickup of your beef once we have it in hand.
