AVAILABLE HALVES & QUARTERS

The price shown includes all processing costs. This quarter will be available for pickup in the first week of February. 

It will include a mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef. The roasts are cut into 3-4lbs each, steaks are 1” thick and packaged 2 per pack, and the ground beef is in 1lb packs.

We will arrange for pickup of your beef at our farm in Kingston, by appointment.
