Quarter Beef
This quarter available is from one of our steers that was harvested on Feb 24th. The whole half was 466 HCW. Actual package weights won’t be known until the beef is picked up. The price shown includes all processing costs. This quarter will be available for pickup in the first week of February.
It will include a mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef. The roasts are cut into 3-4lbs each, steaks are 1” thick and packaged 2 per pack, and the ground beef is in 1lb packs.
We will arrange for pickup of your beef at our farm in Kingston, by appointment.
