WHOLE & HALF BEEF DEPOSITS

Reserve your share of a future harvest and fill your freezer with premium, locally raised Black Angus beef — cut to your specifications.
Pricing is simple:
one all-in rate per pound of hanging carcass weight (HCW). No slaughter fees. No cut-and-wrap charges are billed separately. The rate you see is the only rate you pay.

  • Quarter:  $8.00/lb HCW
  • Half:     $7.25/lb HCW
  • Whole:    $6.95/lb HCW

Your final total is calculated from the actual hanging weight of your portion, which we receive from the processor within a day or two of harvest. The remaining balance is charged to the card on file before pickup. Halves and wholes include custom cutting instructions — we'll walk you through your options once your deposit is confirmed. Quarters are fulfilled using our standard cut selection; the processor cannot accommodate custom instructions at the quarter level.

All beef is processed at a USDA-inspected facility in Eastern Washington. We coordinate pickup and transport back to the farm, and will reach out to schedule your pickup once everything is ready.
