Pricing is simple: one all-in rate per pound of hanging carcass weight (HCW). No slaughter fees. No cut-and-wrap charges are billed separately. The rate you see is the only rate you pay.
Your final total is calculated from the actual hanging weight of your portion, which we receive from the processor within a day or two of harvest. The remaining balance is charged to the card on file before pickup. Halves and wholes include custom cutting instructions — we'll walk you through your options once your deposit is confirmed. Quarters are fulfilled using our standard cut selection; the processor cannot accommodate custom instructions at the quarter level.
All beef is processed at a USDA-inspected facility in Eastern Washington. We coordinate pickup and transport back to the farm, and will reach out to schedule your pickup once everything is ready.
