Custom whole and half beef options are available now. We have beef at the processor now. Place your deposit for the this harvest by November 4th so that we can help you arrange your custom cutting instructions with the processor. We do not accept custom processing on a quarter beef. Your quarter will have a selection from our standard cuts. This is due to logistical limitations for the processor. After harvest, we’ll get the hanging weights back from the processor—usually within a day or so. Your total will be based on the final weight of your portion. Once we have that information, we’ll charge the remaining balance to the card you have on file in your account. All of our beef is processed at a USDA-inspected facility in Eastern Washington. Unless you prefer otherwise, we’ll pick it up and bring it back to our farm in Kingston. When your beef is ready, we’ll contact you to schedule a pickup time that works best for you.
